This extruder can produce various types of plastic zipper (strip) through changing its moulds. 2.The moulds can be designed according to customer's sample(requirement). 3.This extruder consists of chiller, main extruder, die head, mould, water tank (form the zipper at constant temperature), dewater device and air-drying device, traction part, zipper closing part and zipper winding part.

Choice 3: JL45 Co-extrusion Zipper Extruder(with two sets of JL30 Extruder), to produce colored zipper and Co-extrusion zipper. Choice 4: Modified JL45 Zipper Extruder ,to produce special zipper, such as PVC, etc.
