Introduction
Our electric rotary valves are mainly controlled by stepper motors and are used in automatic components for sample collection, liquid sampling or flow path conversion. The inert flow path of the injection valve can be used for various corrosive liquids. The liquid-contact materials inside the valve body are matched with each other, which can effectively form a seal and prevent leakage. Internal structure

•The stator and rotor inside the electric rotary valve are tightly combined to form an effective seal. The internal rotor is driven by the stepper motor to realize the connection between the rotor and the stator path, so as to achieve the function of selecting sample injection or shunting. The smooth treatment of the surface of the rotor and stator can reduce the loss caused by friction and prolong the service life of the stator and rotor.

Flow Path Selection and Mixing
This selection / mixing injection valve can be used for precisely repeated bi-directional flow paths. For example, the common port in the middle of a 10-port injection valve can be connected to any other 10 outlets, or 10 separate inlets can be connected to a common outlet (Similarly for 6-port, 8-port, and 12-port injection valves 6, 8, 12 imports or exports).

Liquid path selection and mixing, for example, the same liquid flows to different ports to achieve the distribution effect, or multiple liquids flow to the outlet together to achieve the mixing effect.
