Th e result is a warm, full-bodied, elegant wine with lingering fl avours of dark red and black fruits, soft tannins complexity and depth. A wonderful addition to any red meat dish, chicken, game or cheese. Serve at 14-16° C.
The vineyards
Proud of its role as steward of Verona’s traditional local wines, Cantina di Soave has over the years constantly upgraded its vineyard management practices, both in terms of quality and of research. The goal is to maintain a standard of absolute quality, ensuring vine health through emphasis on organic practices. Average vineyard yields are kept low in order to achieve varietal faithfulness in the fruit. Great attention is being paid to introducing innovative vineyard and winemaking methods that will allow Verona’s classic wines to display the full spectrum of their qualities. Such is the foundation of Poesie, great wines, una ected by times and seasons yet rich in history, wines that have brought to their Verona home both fame and wealth.
