A: We can offer a free sample for the mass production order, or return the sample fee to your order.
2. Q: Can you do customized logo or design?
A: Yes, we do OEM & ODM services, but we may request MOQ based on the requirements.
3. Q: How do you guarantee the quality?
A: 1) Our factory has been working with world famous brands like Kitchen Aid and Haier with the first-class quality management system.
2) We have the strict quality control system - 100% function and appearance inspection on the production lines, and our QC dept. double inspect the products with the AQL standard before delivery.
3) What is more, we offer one-year warranty period for our products.
4. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Regularly it is 50% with order and 50% at shipping, or 100% with order if the amount is small, or negotiation.

A: It is 3-7 days for samples; 7-15 days for small orders; and 20-30 days for mass production orders.
