Working principle:

When the working machine is in rated load condition, the gas of permanent magnet rotor and conductor rotor is minimum.
When the working machine is overloaded or jammed, the air gap between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor increases rapidly until the atmospheric gap reaches the maximum, and the permanent magnet rotor at the working end decreases or reaches zero, thus realizing the overload protection of the motor.
When the overload or jammed working conditions are relieved, the positions of the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor will return to the original narrowest gap by returning to the initial structure, and the machine will resume its normal working state.
