    Dashi (Japanese soup stock) is all about Osaka's udon noodles. 

    In order to recreate the taste of the famous restaurant on the second floor of Shin-Osaka Station, we developed a dashi broth with a strong bonito flavor.

     It comes with a sweetly cooked fried tofu to go with the broth.
We also focused to the noodles and solved the problem of smoothness that is difficult to achieve with dried noodles by using semi-raw noodles.

     It is sold at the main shop at Shin-Osaka Station.

1.Itohan

    This product recreates the taste of a famous restaurant on the second floor of Shin-Osaka Station. You will smell the rich fregrant of dashi (Japanese soup stock made from bonito).

2.half-dried noodles

    Instead of using dried noodles, we use our special semi-raw noodles. Unlike dried noodles, it goes down your throat smoothly and macthes perfectly with the dashi(bonito-flavored broth).

3.Kitsune(Inari) - fired tofu

    The fried tofu is cooked sweetly and seasoned thoroughly, and it is individually packed. Tastes excellent with dashi.



1.Shin-Osaka Kitsune Udon

    KASU(deep fried beef) udon noodles originated in Osaka Kawachi area.
Once you eat udon noodles and soy sauce-based broth together, you will be hooked. 

    KASU(deep fried beef) is low in fat and full of collagen.
Semi-raw noodles are used to make this udon noodle goes down your throat smoothly.

2.Shin-Osaka Kasu Udon

    It is a authentic dashi pack made of carefully selected flavouring ingredients: bonito flakes from Kagoshima, mackerel flakes and lacquered sardine flakes from Kumamoto, and kelp from Hokkaido. 

    The seasoning ingredients are also included in the dashi pack, so anyone can easily make "udon dashi" simply by putting it in a pot and boiling it.
