User’s manual


ⅠFlow chart of gypsum board production line


  1.The gypsum powder is transported into silo by elevator. After loosening, the gypsum powder is transported to mixer by screw conveyor.


  2. The foaming agent sparkle by foaming station, then the foaming agent is transported into mixer mixing with raw materials.


  3. The electric hoist controls the paper’s direction. And enter automatic adjusting and paper incising system.


4. The mixed raw materials with paper enter into shaping system. Then shape flat board type.


5. The raw materials with paper shapes gypsum strip through extrusion shaping, processing with even speed and get to the state of initial freeze.


6. The gypsum board of strip shape gets the initial size of finished product through the cutting of board cutting system.


7. The motor drives the reducer, and the belt drives the board moving to swing arm. And then the board turnovers and enters into drying chamber.


8. Make the swing arm rise through motor and reducer to make gypsum board turnover and transverse move. Next board comes. The two sheets are transported to elevating support side by side.


9. The gypsum boards enter into the drying chamber through electric equipment control elevating.


10. The gypsum board are transported into the pre-heated area for preheating


11. Preheated gypsum board regularly enters into high temperature area, middle temperature area, low temperature area and dispel heating area. After finishing drying, the board exit from drying chamber.


12. The gypsum boards fold on the same surface and into turning system after the gypsum board exiting from drying chamber.


13. Combine two sheets gypsum board at turning area, and then they move to cut and seal. Finally the finished gypsum boards enter into stacking system. After stacking, the gypsum boards are stored.


Installation and debugging


1.     The gypsum board production line, which including such fields as mechanism, electric, automatic control, heat energy, which can only be transported part by part or system by system, cannot be transported by whole set. And some parts still need to be made in the buyer’s places.


2.     The lines of the foundation should be in accordance with the specification of drawing, the tolerance of PREBURIED IRON should be ±2mm, the parallel tolerance between shaping line and the two frames of drying kiln should be no more than 1.5mm. the vertical degree of central line and both sides of axis should be ±2; the parallel tolerance of back sealing head shaft in the direction changing and sidelong sections and shaping line should no more than ±2;the column height tolerance of the whole product line and level benchmark should no more than 5mm,the height tolerance of the alternated columns should no more than 1.5mm.


3.     The tension of the chain must be moderate; the drive and passive chain should not be setup vertically.


4.     All the bearings and shafts should be in well operation and flexible and stable.


5.     All the motors and electrical equipment should be protected with ground devices.


6.     For the separated systems, please refer to the corresponding user’s manual.


7.     Every section should be checked to ensure that they are strictly in accordance with the drawings. And check whether there are dangerous factors like leak, emit of water, electricity and gas. The protection by protective net functions of high altitude working rail and delivery sections.


8.     The lubricate conditions in every lubricating sections should be checked before the start of the machine, and to ensure whether every oil tank, oil level correct and the parts needed add oil must be done. This process must be repeated every time of the operation and made as regulation. 


9.     The debugging should be started after every work is ok with single load. Firstly, start the elevator to check whether the belt is leaning, after it in good operation, adjust the elevate degree to the required level. Secondly, whether the materials down from the materials smooth and the efficiency and stability of screw delivery system. The single-machine checking should be in accordance with the designing standard.


10.  After the single-machine test, the unloading test should be test in accordance with every controlling part. The stability, continuity and veracity of controlling system should be checked. Light and dry kiln according to the operation procedures of the oil-fired boiler. Monitor the changes of temperature and the start and close of the wind doors. When the drying kiln: high temperature area is 175—190℃, low temperature area is 120—90℃, difference in temperature is less than 20℃; the exit oil temperature of the heat conductive boiler is 260℃±5℃, and the oil temperature in the pipe is 240±10℃, difference in temperature is less than 20℃, the production started.


Maintenances


1. Strictly operates as the manuals.


2. Regularly oiling bearing housing.


3. Regularly check and make up lubricating oil of the speed reducers.


4. Regularly check the running conditions of the drive chain.


5.Regularly check electric line, gas line, water lines, and using and safe state of all parts.


6. Regularly check and maintain the whole production line each 6months. When the easy-damaged parts broken, it must be changed at once.


Four. Malfunction and Maintenance


1. The lifting of elevator is insufficient; and adjusts the extended length of block flinch


at the exit of the elevator.


2.     The surface of the gypsum board is rough and has points. The solid points, is caused by the nugget in the gypsum powder, which can solve by screen the gypsum powder. While the hollow points caused by air permeability of the paper.


3.     If there is break of gypsum board, the strengthen of gypsum powder is too high, please add sawed dust and powder into the gypsum powder.


4.     Board drying badly. The drying chamber is influenced by the outside temperature, air pressure, and humidity. When the air pressure is low, strengthen the heat blast distribution. Otherwise correspondingly reduces.


5.     All the controls are optical control switches. The dust on the switches may influence the function of the switches. Under this condition, remove the


dust. When clean, must be careful of the glisten points. If the equipment still not works, check the electric lines.


6.     If the running is uncoordinated, adjust the control points of the optical control switches.


7.     Precision of the cutting and fixed size is not enough. Adjust the position of baffle.


8.     The gummed tape is bad in quality, which may causes it not spread.


9.     If the problems still exits through adjust according to above-mentioned methods, please contact with us.


Five. Notice


   1. All electric appliances part must have reliable earth protection


   2. Especially the mutual electric appliances must be changed regularly.


   3. Oil must be enough in the low oil tank to make the oil back in the case of Contingency. Please don’t touch any heat conduction components.


   4. Setup enclosures around the site where work high above the ground.


  5. Please don’t touch any running parts.
