Product Description of SiCare®2929 :

SiCare®2929 is cationic self-crosslinking amino silicone oil emulsion, with excellent refreshing smoothness and softnesssoftness, can form elastic film, improve performance in wet or dry combing, and make hair smooth and plump. It can also protect and repair damaged hair, give intense care, long-lasting gloss and light-some texture to hair, improve temporary/semi permanent hair dye products on color preservation and long lasting effect, mainly used for hair care products.
