Characteristics
1. Radio shuttle pallet rack is one of the high density storage racks.
2. Its storage ability is better than drive in pallet rack and share similar cost per pallet position with push back pallet rack.
3. It is suitable for the storage of goods with small varieties and large quantity.
4. The rack takes both "first-in-last-out" and “first-in-first-out” pick-up mode.
5. It could be used in logistics center, distribution center, food industry, chemical industry, furniture and wood industry, electronic industry, cold storage, etc. Its space utilization ratio is up to 80%.
Radio shuttle cart runs along the support rail. When store goods, remote controller gives order, radio shuttle follow order and carry pallet to its position automatically. Radio shuttle cart could count pallet quantity on the rail and show it on its screen.
Components
The main components are upright frames, spacer, beam, rail support, rail, horizontal bracing,pallet guide, adjusting foot plate, and radio shuttle car. Other optional components, such as forklift stopper, upright protector, frame protector, horizontal bracing make the system more safe.
