A: Yes,We are. Every product includes motherboard design, function modules and mould of casing are entirely made by Geshem itself. We also have some agents who sell our products in China and abroad.

A: We have two services models, one is OEM/ODM service,which is with customer’s brand based on our standard products, the other is provide customization service according to the customer’s individual demands, which are including appearance design, structure design, mold development, soft & hardware development, technical support and etc.Many famous brand are our customers such as DELTA in China.

Up till now, we have established Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu branch offices in China, and also one branch office in Dusseldorf in Germany. And we also some good foreign distributors.

Q: How about your after sale?
A: 1 year warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged. Once you have after-sales need,our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer’s place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to China or our Germany office, they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
