Wire Rod coil Shot Blasting Machine
This machine is the best special equipment which used to cleaning the wire rod, it clean the scale cinder on the surface of the
wire and the squama layer on the rolled steel through the blasting process.The surface descaling grade of the
steel billet rust reach Sa2.5 level after cleaning, and the surface roughness level reach Ra6.3 ~ 12.5μm. Compared to
pickling treatment, it have the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency.

A.Diameter of the wire: Φ 4～Φ 36mm
B.Inner diameter of the wire rod: Φ 800-1100mm
COuter diameter of the wire rod: Φ1200-1400mm
D.Height of wire rod: 2500mm
E.Maximum load: 2500kg(diameter of wire rod:φ4～φ36mm)
F.Cleaning productivity: 50--70tons / 8hours
G.Effective length:3800mm
H.Rotation speed: 10-20 r/min ( frequency control )
