A: We are the professional manufacturer of Lifting Tools and Electric Tools for more than 10 years. We mainly produce Hand Winch,Hand Puller, Wire Rope Grip etc.
Q2: How is your quality?
A:Our quality is high class, quality is what we are always pursueing. We use the good and proper material, and make all
accessories with proper hardness, these make sure our tools have high strength; What’s more, we attach great importance to the finishing of the product, burrs are not allowed; when we do surface treatment like Zinc plated, plastic spraying, dacromet,electrophoresis, we have stricter requirement, we make sure our products have nice appearance and have longer life span. We welcome customers compare the quality.
Q3:Can you provide OEM service?
A:Yes, we can . We can produce as customer’s sample. We have already cooperated with many companies for OEM.
Q4:Do you have any certificates?
A:We have ISO9001, CE etc.
Q5:How can I get samples?
A:We are pleased to offer sample, but customers are expected to pay for the sample and courier cost first, when customers place
formal order from us, we can return the sample fee and courier cost(partial or all, it depends).
Q6:What are your payment terms?
Usually our payment terms is T/T(30% as deposit, and balance before shipment); We also accept L/C at sight, but we need confirm
the details before we do L/C.
Q7:How long is your delivery time?If quantity below 100pcs, we can deliver within 15 days, if quantity above 100pcs, the delivery
time need be 30 days. And for customized order, delivery time will be 35-40.
