• SF-400LA is a fully automatic unmanned operation L-bar sealer which is widely used in mass production packaging line with high efficiency. Automatic film feeding punching device, manually adjustable film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items;


• The cooper L type sealing blade with PTFE-coating is anti-stick & anti-high temperature.Compared with the aluminum sealing blade, the cooper blade has much longer life span. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking and smoking with zero pollution;


• Automatically-feeding: the length can be auto adjusted by the sensors and time relays. Matched the gear motor makes the waste film automatically rolling;


• Automatic pack bag length determined through horizontal or vertical sensors depending from the product shape. Thin and small items can be sealed easily;


• Infeed conveyor belt with a continuous or synchronized movement with the sealing bat;


• When the packaging size changes, the adjustment is very simple by rotating the hand wheel without changing molds and bag makers;


• Multi-pack function: Different size products can also be packaged combinations to achieve the promotional effect;


• Using original Omron digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate and we can be arbitrarily set. Do not worry about hurting the product for imprecise temperature. The sealing blade itself is also equipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting;


• The machine is equipped with acrylic cover and automatic alarm function which greatly improves safety;


• Film up-down synchronization mechanism specially designed to correct the deviation film;


• Micro film perforation during the film unwinding to make air escape rapidly and get good shrinking effect;  


• SF-5030LG shrink tunnel adopts stainless steelheating elements which greatly extended the machine’s life span;


• All chain bars use solid 45 # steel and protect from external silicone tubes or fiber tubes without film burning. PTFE coated fiberglass mesh belt conveyor or S.S. mesh belt for option;


• Control systems regulating temperature, air velocity and conveyor speed allow for a variety of operating condition and ensure optimum shrink on all heat shrinkable packaging films. Micron frequency inverter instead of electronic speed regulator prolongs the service life;


• The circulation system allows hot air to reach all surfaces of the package, resulting in a uniform shrink on a wide range of product sizes and configurations;


• Applies to software, food, cosmetics, printing, pharmaceutical and hardware etc. It is a good choice for customers who have limited space and require high working efficiency.
