BW320 Diesel power Mud pump horizontal three cylinder mud pump for water well
BW320 mud pump is a horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump. The pump has two cylinder diameters and four gear variables. The large cylinder liner is used for supporting 1000m large diameter drilling rig, and the small cylinder liner is used for supporting 1500m small diameter drilling rig.
The flushing fluid used for the pump shall not contain any chemical impurities that can corrode the metal and rubber parts. When using mud, the recommended specific gravity is 1.03-1.10, viscosity is 18-25 seconds, sand content is not more than 4%, and pH value is 7-8. There shall be no mud, weeds, leaves and other debris blocking the water filter in the mud. The length of suction pipe should not exceed 5-6m.

1. It can meet the needs of large and small diameter drilling rigs with four gear flow, large flow regulation range and reasonable parameter selection. It can be used with XY-4 core drill and XY-5 core drill. It can meet the needs of different caliber, different hole depth and different geological core drilling.
2. The piston is a bowl shaped self sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with nylon back, which can improve the service life.
3. There are five dust-proof sealing rings on the pull rod to prevent the mud at the hydraulic end from entering the power end and the lubricating oil filter at the power end. It has been proved by many production tests that the seal is good and the performance is good. So that the service life of the gear is prolonged.
4. The inlet and outlet valves are made of steel balls. And a sound reducing rubber pad is arranged on the valve cover to reduce the impact noise.
