Stainless Steel Vertical Type 75L Plastic Raw Material Mixer PVC
Raw materials are put in to the hopper in batches. Every time add 15-30kg., for example, it takes 25 minutes for the first time blending and 20 minutes for the second time blending and 15 minutes for the third time blending. Blending time is controlled by time relay. When time is due, buzzer will buzz music to give indication. ( Or when temperature controlling device detects that temperature is about 50℃, the alarm light is on, then open the discharge gate to discharge the materials. In the normal situation, there is no need to stop the machine when feeding and discharging materials.
Working principle of the blender: pusher drives together with the speedy rotating of the cuttertool, which brings speedy rotating current of materials. The current of materials and the blocks on the barrel wall give reversed resistance which generates heat to vaporize water.
