A: We can show you the original pack list and other related documents.

Q: what is your lead time if I placed an order?
A: For all products in stock, our lead time is within 7 working days after payment received. For thoese that we don't stock for the moment such as customized battery packs, the lead time is based on your order.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: We guarantee the quality before the item is shipped. The warranty will be offered based on different type of battery. Any
