Introduction
The airflow atomization dyeing machine adopts the principle of aerodynamics, and the mixed air produced by the fan is injected into the nozzle of the dyeing machine to drive the fabric to run.
The biggest difference between it and the traditional overflow dyeing machine is that the airflow dyeing machine does not need dye liquor or water as a medium to transport the fabric.
During the dyeing process, the airflow generated by the fan enters the nozzle and meets the dye liquor delivered by the main pump in the nozzle shell, causing the dye liquor to be atomized and sprayed onto the fabric passing through the nozzle, driving the fabric to run.
