dust free vacuum conveyor in pharmaceutical industry
Operation instruction:
1. Equipment installation: Material conveying pipe will be collected with material feeding equipment. Vacuum pipe will be connected with vacuum equipment. Vacuum conveyor will be connected with material receiving equipment.
2. Running the vacuum conveyor, material will be conveyed into the vacuum conveyor hopper. Open the discharging valve and material will be released into material receiving equipment.
3. Suction time and discharging time can be controlled by PLC program. Vacuum conveyor is equipped with filter and filter cleaning system.
4. Vacuum conveyor electric type used wind blowers as vacuum source. Wind blower includes roots blower and centrifugal blower.
