1. How about the installation?

We will send you the installation materials which you can refer to. if you can't install it yourself, we will send our engineers or technicians to your place to supervise, you are responsible for their flight tickets, food and accomodation in your local place, as well as their salary.

2. What is your warranty?

One year.

If the construction machinery are broken in one year , how will you repair ?

If the construction machinery are broken naturally not by human during warranty period , we will send you the parts free , but if it is by human , you have to pay all the cost .

3. Your price is so expensive

All our construction machinery is made of national standrad steel and imported FRP , our strict quality control system try to assure the high quality for every parts , also our machinery have to be tested to promise it is extremely safe when running .

4. Is it can be customized ?

All our construction machinery can be customized according to your requirements.

5. How about the delivery time?

There are 1000 workers in our factory, so we can produce about 30 sets of common construction machinery within one month.

of course, we have some products in stock . we can send to u in one week . 

6.  what is your payment way ?

      T/T   or   L/C  is OK  for us. 

On T/T item , 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T after inspecting the finished goods before shipment. 

 On LC Item ,  a 100%  irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" can be accepted .

7.   How can I trust your factory ? 

we are a long history factory . you can search  information about us on internet, of course , we do welcome you to visit our factory .

8. what kind of quotation you can provide ? 

   we normally work on FOB , CIF, CFR, EXW

9. How can I choose transportation tools? 

90% of our shipment , we go by sea, eighter by container or ro-ro/ bulk shipment. 

For neighbourhood countries of China ,  you can choose road or railway . 

For light spare parts in urgent demand  ,  we can ship them by TNT , Fedex, , UPS,, DHL .
