Q1: What is your MOQ and price?
Our MOQ is 100 pairs per color per size per design. If you buy stocks, you can buy the quantity you need.
Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity.
Q2: What is your OEM service procedures?
1. Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples.
2. Making counter sample within 2-3 days. (We give our samples for free but not include the freight)
3. After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.
4. Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.
Q3: What's the shipping time?
Usually within 7 days. Depending on your product style and quantity.
Q4: What is your payment term?
For small order, 100% as deposit. For order more than 5000USD, 30% as deposit, balance before shipment.
We accept payment in many ways such as T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
Q5: How about your sample fee and sample time?
If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.
If not in stock, sample will not free, sample time is about 2-3 days after design confirmed.
