Thread rolling machine/screw making machine
The two thread rolling dies are arranged relative to each other staggered by 1/2 pitch. The static die is fixed and the moving die makes a reciprocating linear motion parallel to the static plate. When the workpiece is fed between the two dies, the moving die travels and rubs and presses. The workpiece is plastically deformed into a thread. The thread rolling machine is simple, sensitive and efficient. The thread rolling machine avoids the limitations of lathes, drilling machines or manual tapping, saving time, labor, not easy to rot, and the taps are not easy to break. The equipment is simple to operate and convenient to protect.
