Equipment introduction
The hammer crusher is composed of a hammer crushing cabinet body, rotors, hammer heads, impact liners, and sieve plates. It is mainly used to crush medium-hardness materials in industrial sectors such as cement, chemical industry, electric power and metallurgy. The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the crushing of materials. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material enters the crusher evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears and tears the material, causing the material to be crushed. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The particle size of the crushed material that is smaller than the sieve size is discharged through the sieve plate. The upper part continues to be hit and grinded by a hammer until it is crushed to the desired discharge particle size and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
