Product Description
MGO board (also called Magnesium Oxide board, Magna board or Magnum board) is a new green technologically advanced building material that offers superior performance in every category when compared to traditional wood, gypsum and cement based products. It is virtually impervious to fire, insects, and does not feed mold or mildew. It is non-toxic, non- flammable and non-combustible; High compressive strength and impact resistance allows it to be used as structural element and its resistance to water and moisture makes it highly versatile and applicable for use in almost any construction or renovation project. This board is very easy to process, and can be advantageously cut and broken as a plasterboard.
Wellyoung brand Magnesium Oxide Board is mainly made of magnesium oxide, magnesium sulphate or magnesium chloride, perlite and wood fiber. As reinforcement, Wellyoung is using the high quality glass fiber mesh in the boards. Production takes place through a process, where water is added to the material and the curing takes place naturally without heat supply or other processing. This production ensures minimal energy consumption and a very low impact on the environment.
