The line provides advantages of excellent plasticizing, high-yield, high transparency, low energy consumption, and without crystal particle and scratching. The line can also used for producing PC and acrylic profiles (lampshade) etc.

1.Main Extruder: Single screw extruder takes the new and efficient  38CrMoAlA Screw, and has the higher screw speed, yield, and plasticizing capacity, nose or spiral-flow nose, with a uniform material, convenient adjustment to eliminate extrusion fusion line, and so on.

 2.Cooling and Shaping Tank: vacuum spray tank, spray cooling tank or efficient cooling tank, and all water contact parts made of stainless steel material.

3.Traction: Two claw-type or rubber belt crawler tractors in order to adapt to different pipe production requirements.

 4.Cutting Machine: No dust rotating knife.

5.Stacker: Automatic turn plate or roller-type stacking devices, the small-diameter pipe can be configured duplex winder according to customer requirements duplex winder.

Normally the equipment was shipped by sea due to the large size and weight. Each machine was wrapped well by plastic film, and then placed  in wooden box and fixed in the container.
