   HJC BW membrane is suitable for 2000-7000ppm raw water environment. if you use it above 7000ppm, its desalination rate will be low and its life span will be shortened. In the 3000ppm raw water environment, the desalination rate can be 99.5%. The brackish water membrane advantage is the high and stable desalination and cost advantage.

2. Why the data is different with your brochure?

   According to the local environment, many factors will influence the membrane’s salt rejection rate and flow rate, such as inlet water pressure, inlet water temperature, PH value of the water, the recovery rate and the raw water TDS.

3. If u customer wants to OEM, because he has their own brand and also have spent much money to promotion. but u want to he promotes HJC brand, how to do?

   We should keep a open idea for our HJC brand and customer’s brand. But we must keep our HJC brand have a good promoting, first, we can explain to customer of HJC brand was popular in other areas and can give them make a good selling, just try HJC brand. Secondly, they can keep their brand if they have their own planning for their brand, or customer can do PP, CTO, UDF those filter for their brand, and promoting HJC brand ro membrane as well.

4. If quality problem, what is your guarantee terms?

   Firstly, HJC still have zero customer complaints our 3G and 4G products. Please note that the first item of our company’s value: don’t let customer count one copper coin. If there are quality problem, we warranty the replacement and will be responsibility for the freight cost on the way according the reasonable quality problem verification process.
