The function of PP sediment cartridge is to remove the substance which is bigger than 5 micron or 1 micron,such as dust,iron rust,sand and metal.etc.Usually it is used as first stage of water filter system.

This is our PP melt brown machine,the production capacity is about six thousands one day,and we have four like this.

After we produce the workblank, we groove it with this cutting machine 

Than we put the products go through the heat oven,in order to  shrink the membrane.

Finally we pack our products like this picture .
