The other options include making outgoing fire resistance wires or making a frame of heat resistant plastic. We have engineer team who can help client to design how to assemble the PTC heater. |
8 | Temperature | The highest temperature of the heater body is 280℃, the highest temperature of the heated air is 130℃. It doesn’t have light fire. |
9 | Temperature control | This heater doesn’t have it. For safety consideration, we can add it to the PTC heater, need to negotiate with client about how to design a plastic frame to fix the sensor. |

11 | Surface charge | For this model yes. We also have surface uncharged models. |
12 | PTC thermistors surface deal with | This model we don’t deal with its surface. Can make PTC thermistors been covered with a layer of thick dropped glue, so it is better for dust-proof and moisture-proof. The cost increasing is about us$0.08/pc. |
