What’s a surface charged corrugated PTC heater?
In the field of PTC heater, the most widely used and cost-effective heater should be the surface charged corrugated heater series. It perfectly replaces the traditional electric heating wire heating. This surface charged corrugated heater has a very huge market, and the market demand is growing at a rate of more than 10% every year.
Conductive corrugated PTC heater is a kind of high-power PTC heater. Corrugated radiator is pasted on both sides of common PTC element, and corrugated hole can supply hot air. PTC Insulated Ripple heating element are dynamic heating elements designed to heat up moving air. The large surface area of the aluminium fins ensures a homogeneous heat transfer adjusting the air volume flow.
