Natural /Latex rubber sheet
Natural Rubber (NR) is derived from Rubber tree, cultivatednatural sheet in Southern hemisphere in the form of;White viscous fluid which is later dried to evaporate moisture. The resultant material is then processed by mixing it with vulcanizing agent such as sulphur & adding other fillers.
Natural Rubber is a good gasket material due to excellent physical properties. Natural rubber has superior resilience, tensile, elongation and abrasion resistance, good low temperature flexibility and compression set and excellent adhesion to fabric and metals.
It is available in a wide range of hardness from 30° to 85° shore A.
It has good resistance to acids, alkalis and salts. Natural rubber is not recommended for use in area where it could come in contact with oils and hydrocarbons.

Natural Rubber Sheets are highly abrasion Resistant & have excellent elongation property, durable & light in weight, due to these reasons NR is used in manufacturing wide variety;of Moulded & extruded products. These Rubber sheets are well suited for Sound and Noise Proofing applications.

Natural rubber sheets are used as skit board sheets, bride bearing pads, shot plasting sheets, high tensile tangum sheets, commercial sheet with or without cotton/nylon insertion etc.
