Hair Brush Handle Tufting Making Machine
Hair Brush Handle Tufting Making Machine has a computer-controlled working platform. As the head completes a flocking action, the platform moves to the next brush shank hole position, and when it reaches the next position, the head flocking needle again inserts the iron piece with the hair into the hole, and so on and so forth, completing a brush process! The movement of the working platform is controlled by the electric eye (proximity switch) next to the head linkage arm. After the linkage arm has left the lower electric eye, the working platform starts to move to the next hole position and waits for the flocking needle to come down.
