ZJR series of Vacuum Emulsifying Mixers are mainly used to produce the following products:

1) Apply vacuum state so raw materials can be sucked inside and when mixing there will be no bubbles.

2) With three layers each pot can be heated and main pot can be electrically tilted when discharge.

3) Paddle and homogenizer  will work together to homogenize and mix at the same time. Time saved with better effect.

4) Auto control for easy operating,both time and rotating speed can be controlled to  suit different production needs.

5) With spray balls for self-cleaning based on mirror polished SS304 or SS316L(pharmaceutical).

6) Customizing supported.

As we can see from the following sketch, raw material is prepared separately in the water pot and oil pot with processes like heating,blending and dissolving.  Then the oil would be sucked into the main pot for pre-blending,then draw vacuum again to prevent air into material.Afterwards,water will be feed and more blending including homogenizing would be implemented to emulsify.Finally, other essences can be put in during the cooling process.
