The frisella is a traditional grain snack from Apulia in the South of Italy, a durum wheat dough cooked in the oven, cut in half
horizontally and baked again in the oven. It follows that it has a porous and a compact face.

Usually, italian people soak it in water and then season it with Extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, salt and Basil, the result is
really delicious, a perfect description of the healthy mediterranean diet.
