Product introduction
In a certain range of the exhaust temperature, ammonia produced by the decomposition of urea aqueous solution is used as a reducing agent to reduce NOx in exhaust gas to N2, toeffectively reduce NOx emission in exhaust gas.
Product advantages
at present, there are mainly two types of SCR catalysts for diesel engines: vanadium-based SCR catalyst ,and molecular sieve-based SCR catalyst. Traditional vanadium-based SCR catalyst has good sulfur resistance, low toxicity ,and high-conversion efficiency at medium temperature; molecular sieve-based SCR catalyst system has the advantages of wide temperature window, good high temperature stability, high purification efficiency ,and non-toxicity.
Vanadium-based
V-SCR catalyst can meet the emission st,andards of road diesel engine EURO IV, EURO V ,and non-road medium ,and small power diesel engine EURO V; molecular sieve: mainly used for road diesel engine EURO V, VI ,and non-road diesel engine EURO V ,and above.

Vanadium-based SCR:
1) NOx conversion efficiency ≥ 45% at 200 ℃;
2) the catalytic activity window is more than 260 ℃;
3) after aging at 550 ℃ for 200 h, the catalyst decay is less than 10%;
4) under the test conditions of WHTC ,and WHSC, the catalytic performance can meet the requirements of EURO five emission regulations;

4) under the test conditions of WHTC, WHSC ,and PEMs, the catalytic performance can meet the requirements of the sixth EURO emission regulation;
