Description
Induction heating machine
Quenching is mostly used on the surface of industrial metal parts. It is a metal heat treatment method that generates a certain induction current on the surface of the workpiece, rapidly heats the surface of the part, and then rapidly cools it down.
It can be used for surface hardening of large round shafts, gears, guide rails, etc., or for heating various large workpieces with high frequency requirements.

Basic configuration: double-door main cabinet, 8-inch touch screen (built-in JKZ operating system), air switch, emergency stop device, isolation transformer
Main application: Diathermy or intermediate frequency quenching of round steel below 40 (the depth of hardened layer is 3-4mm, multi-turn ratio quenching transformer can be customized).
