Italian Red Wine
Our flagship Lambrusco Mantovano DOP, brings with it the history of the site where the company is located. Its name is a tribute to the original labourers at the Conca di Governolo. The valuable ingredients of our Rosso dei Concari reflect the ancient glories of Mantua’s history. Its selected grapes undergo a process of slow fermentation and maturation at -5°C to exalt its full bodied, dry and intense flavour.



COMBINING WITH FOODS
Rosso dei Concari is ideal with distinctive flavours such as char-grilled or roasted red meats as its lively tones contrast with their rich and smoky properties. For the same reason this Lambrusco Mantovano also combines well with risotto, first courses with meat and charcuterie that is not excessively aged.
