SHERMAN is a professional manufacturer that specializes in outdoor furniture. It is located in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province with our design workshop in Nanjing city. Currently, we have 20,000 square meters of production area, plus another 30,000 square meters under construction, by the end of 2021, we will have a total 50,000 square meters of production plant and over 200 skilled workers.

We have independent and strict quality control regulations to take control of our product' quality including raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Raw materials we purchased will be tested in our in-house lab. We have a corrosion test machine to test all metal parts against rust. A weathering machine to test the durability of wicker and plastic parts against UV. We also have a tensile strength machine to test the yield strength of wicker, strap, and rope. In the end, we will conduct drop tests and impact tests on the products during the pre-production and mass production stages. With all these testing and inspections being done, we have the confidence to provide quality products to consumers which can stay in good shape for more than 3 years.
