1. Does your company make mould by yourself?
Yes, we are manufacturer with about two decades of molding experience.

2. How many kinds of moulds can you make? Only make the moulds?
We can make many kinds of molds, such as injection mold and silicone rubber mold. In addition, we have injection molding machines. Spray lines, SMT, and product assembly lines, We can not only offer mould making but also mass production and OEM service for your final products. We can provide customers with one-stop service from product design to product assembly.

3. What's the software you will use to check the drawing? And what's format of drawing you can check?
Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD and Soliworks software to check 2D and3D drawings.
We can check the drawings with PDF, Al, DWG(CAD)and STP (3D)or IGS(3D)formats.

4. Does your company provide design service? I have an idea for a new product, but don't know whether it can be manufactured. Can you help me?
Absolutely yes, we can. We own design team and are always happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your idea or design and enjoy discussion with each other for the advice on materials, tooling and likely set-up costs.

5. How to pack the moulds and products?
For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack
into non-fumigation wooden case.
And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customers request to pack.

6. I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts or samples?
It can take 3-6 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part's complexity and the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool, you can expect delivery of parts within 3-5 days for your approval. Sample is available and free; we will send the sample within 2 days after customer's confirmation, but the sample shipping cost will be paid by customer. We will send the first shooting samples to customer and we start the next procedure until we get customer's approval.
