FACCIABBELLA- Pecorino Terre di Chieti Organic Vegan IGP
The story of Cantina Cerretano began in the early 1900s, when Domenico Cerretano started trading in wines. Armed with patience and passion, he travelled around Abruzzo on a traino, offering wines from his beloved land.
Their son Antonio inherited the skills of both parents, so much so that in the 1950s he founded La Cantina Cerretano and implemented new vineyards. From then on, the production of grapes and wines developed exponentially. In recent years, the company has decided on a decidedly "organic" turn of events.
The vineyards are certified organic and the production of organic wine (harvest 2014) is underway.
In addition, no animal-derived products are used in the entire grape growing and wine production process, so all Cerretano wines can be consumed by allergy sufferers as well as Vegetarians and Vegans.
