A: Our MOQ is 2000PCS per item, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 1000pcs.
Q4: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
Q5: Can I visit you?
A: Yes. Our factories are mostly located in Zhejiang province, China. Welcome to visit our factories, we can lead you to our factories and talk face to face with our factory managers, and our work is to make you satisfied with our factory's products and prices.
Q6: How can I get some samples?
A: We can accept small order at the first cooperation and make production once we confirm the sample order. The sample order will include the sample costs and air freight costs.
Q7: What certificate do you have?
A:We have CUPC certificate for North American market and CE for European market.
Q8: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find out any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/vedio for reference, we will ompensate for you and find out the root reason to eliminate the defective factor ultimately.
