Base Functions:
The product is specially design for all the control function of water pump ,instead of many parts assembling(Pressure Watch 、
Pressure Switch 、Three-Way Cock \\Pressure Tank ),Stability 、Reliability .This water pump controller can keep a constant pressure
in the water supplying system ,reducing the Water Hammer Effect of pipe .Except that , this controller has Power Reset Function .

Initial Installation:
When this product is connected to the electricity grid, the green light is on which is indicating "Power on". When the yellow
light is on indicating "pump on”, it shows that the Pump start. Water pump continuously operates for a few minutes, the start
system start filling pipe, and achieve the required pressure. If this time is not enough, the red light which indicates "Failure"
will be on. At this time, turn on the tap, pin "Restart" button until the red light go out. Once release the button, shut off the
tap, then this product will be to keep the pump in the maximum pressure.

Fault Handling:
If special fault occurs, such as water shortage, water absorption tube obstruction, etc, this product will identify the fault,
and then the red light indicating "failure" is on, while a stop signal will be sent to the water pump, lest the pump should be
damaged because of no water. To correct the failure of the jam, press "reboot" key and allow the system to restart.
Water Hammer Effect:

Definition:
"Water hammer effect" refers to internal pipe whose inner surface is smooth where the water flows freely. When open valve is
closed suddenly, the flows produce a pressure to the valve and pipe wall, mainly to the valve. Because the tube wall is smooth,
under the action of inertial, subsequent water flows will quickly reach maximum speed, and then produce a destructive effect. That
is "water hammer effect" in water conservancy, namely is water hammer. This factor must be considered in the construction of water
conservancy piping. On the contrary, when the closed valve is suddenly opened, the flows also can produce water hammer, which is
called negative water hammer. Negative water hammer also has some damage, but they are lesser then water hammer.
Damage:
Water hammer effect is great destructive: if the pressure is too high will cause the burst of the pipe; on the contrary, if the
pressure is too low will lead to pipe deflated, which will damage the valve and fixed accessories.
When cut off the power and shut down the product, the potential energy of the water pump system overcoming the inertia of the
motor has stopped rapidly. This also leads to the impact of the pressure and water hammer effect.
