Process Production




1.The paper feeding system supplied continuous face and back paper for paper faced gypsum board.
2. raw materials were stirred and mixed evenly during the conveying process through batching systems
3.After being measured by precise metering device, then they entered intomixer at the ratio
4.The gypsum slorry was shaken out from the outlet ofmixer tothe back paper
5.The face and back paper wrapped and pressed the slurry through forming machine
6.The wet gypsum board completed the solidification process on setting belt conveyor
7.The cutting machine cutthe wet board into single board with pre-fixed length
8.The gypsum board entered into 1#transverse board entry roller through acceleration roller
9.Then changed direction,through regrouping roller, the gypsum board entered into dryer in sequence by distributor
10.The dryer evaporated the free water in the gypsum board and dried the board
11.The dried board entered into 2# transverse conveying belt, accomplished direction changing and board pairing up together
12.Through edge cutting saw, the board has been changed into finished product
