2. The 16t Hoist Overhead Crane is mainly comprised of box-shape bridge, trolley, long travelling mechanism, cab and electric control system.
3. It is prohibited to use the equipment in combustible, explosive and corrosive environment.

Girders are made of well-chosen steel plate, and processed by shot-blasting technology, thus the intensity and toughness are reliable. On the main girders laid the rails for cross travel.


The trolley adopts an electric hoist fixed on the trolley frame as the lifting mechanism. CD model electric hoist with single speed and MD model electric hoist with double speeds are in choice according to your demand.


Electric parts adopt international brand Siemens and Schneider.

1. The motor adopted is top in China and features large overload capacity and high machinery intensity with low noise. With the protection level of IP44 or IP54, and insulation class of B or E, , the LH overhead crane is able to meet the demand of general usage.


2. The electric parts adopt international brand Siemens, Schneider, or Chinese top brand Chint to ensure the accurate and safe operation.


3. Wheels, gears, and couplings are processed by medium-frequency quenching technology, abd have a great improvement in intensity, rigidity and tenacity.

Safety 

1. Weight overload protection device Weight overload protection device will warn when the lifted materials are beyond the capacity, and the displayer will show the data.


2. Current overload protection device shall cut off the power when the current overstep the set figure.


3. Emergency stop system shall be used to stop all motions once any emergency occurs to avoid more damage.


4. The limit switch prevent the travelling mechanism from over travel.


5. The polyurethane buffer can absorb impact and help travelling mechanism stop softly and harmlessly.
