1.1 Machine Introduction:

This new designed PP woven bag cutting sewing machine adopt manipulator bag transfer, is suitable for all kinds PP woven bags without lamination, such as fertilizer bag, rice bag, feed bag, cement bag etc. This machine with fabric cutting, bottom folding, sewing, collecting intergrated. It saves labor, with fast speed and easy operate.

 

1.2 Performance Feature

1) Whole machine auto work, one person can finish the woven roll feeding, transfer, folding, sewing, thread cutting,bag collect, bag counting.

2) Adopt Manipulator transfer bag, much stable, speed can reach 40-50pcs/min.

3) Whole machine use Q235 steel, strong and reliable, running stable.

4) Heating cutter adopt H13 die  steel, cutter life durable, no need to change cutter frequently and less smoke.

5) Can install both heating cutter and cold cutter according to customer requirement,one button change the cutter, easy and convenient.

6) With smoke absorb device, its much environmental.

7) With EPC system,bag feeding stable, cutting stable.

8) Bag feeing with air auxiliary, both thin bag and thick bag feeding stable. 

9) Adopt Japan Omron PLC control,much reliable
