1. What is the highest temperature of tank shell of the steam mop?
Generally speaking, the highest temperature in the tank is around 100° c, so do not worry about the temperature, it is very safe.
2. Do I need to add detergent?
No. Pls do NOT add detergent in the tank, our products is Eco-friendly. Floor can be clean without detergent.
3. Is the power cord can be lengthened?
4. Will the steam damage wooden floor?
No. The steam won't damage wooden floor. On the contrary, it can protect the wooden floor. For traditional mop always over some water when cleaning the floor, and the water may damage wooden floor.
5. Does the steam mop has the function of antiseptic?
Yes. The temperature can be around 100°C and it can kill most of bacterium.
6. How do you deal with samples delivery? Does International Express available?
We usually charge samples cost and delivery cost from our clients and DHL, TNT, FEDEX & UPS are all available for us.
7. Why the steam grown thin after a period of time?
Water tank should be check up and clean at regular intervals. If steam becomes thinner, pls check up the water tank.
