This High Torque Twin Screw Extruding Granulating Line is mainly used to:

This machine is for plastic granules, such as ABS, PC, PA, PP, PE, PPO, PBT, HIPS, PPS, PSU, Masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, filler masterbatch and short & long glass fibers.

Screw Feeder:
Screw Feeder: Transport raw materials to the granulator. This machine can avoid manual feeding in order to reduce labor intensity, cost savings and to improve work efficiency.
Granulator/Extruder:
1.This parallel twin screw design ensures even mixing and better plasticization.
2.This machine has vacuum system, which can remove water inside the material effectively.
3.This machine uses ceramic heating ring, which is durable and easy to maintain.
4.The automatic temperature control water cooling system uses used water or tap water to cool down the machine, which is water-saving and environmental friendly.
5.Hydraulic double screen changer is installed on the extruder die-head to effectively remove the impurities in the material; different quality of the finished product can be produced through the use of different mesh filters.

Cooling Trough + Supporting bracket with rack and blower:
Water tank is mainly used to cool down the plastic strips and to maintain its shape. The blowers are used to dehydrate.
Pelletizer: The pelletizer/cutting machine is made of stainless steel. It has frequency control of motor speed.
Air Feeding Blower + Storage Hopper/Tank:
Vibration Sieve: This machine sorts out unqualified products, makes particle size uniform and good looking. The Vibration Sieve has three different sizes of mesh, which can divide particles into three sizes in the same time. This is time-saving and cos-saving.
