Can I reuse your straws?

Our straws are designed to be one-time use, but it’s durable enough to be used for multiple times if needed.

I have diabetes, can I use your sugarcane fiber straws?

Yes. Our sugarcane fiber straws do not release any powder or sugar into your drink.

Do your straws taste like coffee or sugarcane?

No. Our straws don’t have any taste of the raw materials. You can sit back and enjoy your sip without worrying about your drink tastes weird.

Why are your straws better than paper straws?

There are many good things about our straws:

Our straws do not get soggy, release powders or glue to your drink, or collapse as paper straws do;

Our straws do not taste weird or make your drink taste funny;

We do not need to chop down any trees to produce straws;

Producing paper straws causes more water pollution and CO2 emissions;

Our straws do not contain any glue or contribute to paper pollution;

Our straws are compostable and biodegradable.

What packages do you have?

Our regular packages are OPP bag, bio bag, kraft box or kraft bag. We can also customize packages according to your needs.

Can I add my logo on the products?

We can individually wrap the straw with kraft paper and print logo on the kraft paper. We can also add logo on the package.

Can I customize the size of the straws?

Yes. We can control length within 0.5mm and thickness within 0.03-0.05mm.

How long does it take your straw to decompose?

It depends on the environment. Averagely it takes about 6-12 months under natural condition.

What's your payment terms?

For customized order, our payment term is 30% due before production and 70% due before shipment. 

For in stock order, our payment term is 100% due before shipment.
