CNC Spindle Chiller


CNC spindle water cooling system CW-6100 is a technically perfected alternative to air cooling or oil cooling for cooling 36kW machining spindle. A key advantage of this chiller is that it reduces thermal growth in spindle by using process cooling which features intelligent temperature control and multiple safety mechanisms. By keeping the spindle at a suitable temperature, refrigerated recirculating chiller CW-6100 can help prevent the spindle from overheating problem. A built-in visual water level indicator ensures the safety of the water pump (to prevent dry running) and helps monitor the water quality. The chiller is also available for adding mixtures of water and anti-rusting agent or anti-freezer up to 30%.


The temperature controller offers high precision temperature control of ±0.5°C and two user-adjustable temperature control modes - constant temperature mode and intelligent control mode.
The water level indicator has 3 color areas - yellow, green and red.
Yellow area - high water level.
Green area - normal water level.
Red area - low water level.
Four caster wheels offer easy mobility and unmatched flexibility.

Q1.Is S&A Chiller a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are professional industrial chiller manufacturer since 2002.
Q2.What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?
The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.
Q3.How often should I change out the water?
Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.
Q4.What is the ideal room temperature for the chiller?
The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.
Q5.How to prevent my chiller from freezing?
For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller. For detailed use of the anti-freezer, it is suggested to contact our customer support team
