1) Welding Control System: It adopts intelligence medium frequency inverter controller, with full digital control, simple, easy and convenient operating interface. Its unique performance of automatic detection, compensation and rejecting to work when not reach preset current value, effectively prevent the phenomenon of loose welding and cold joint. It can store 101 sets of programmable welding models. Fast response and high control precision guarantee to obtain high quality welding spots.
2)Main Engine Control System: Adopt the touch screen of Japan Panasonic as the human-machine interface, Chinese-English input. Be able to store 30 sets of welding model and each model can be stored 5000 welding positions. The PLC, as the control hub as the whole machine, is in charge of reading, transmitting and controlling all kinds of signal processing and coordinating with various external instructing transmission signal mechanism in order to ensure the validity of all orders of execution of the machine. The self-detection of all automatic testing stations effectively eradicates the occurrence of malfunction and other accidents.
3)\tPositioning System: According to the position of supports , this machine adopts the locating structure of cylinder rising. According to the CAD drawing, the machine has 6 lines of back stop. In order to position the supports located at different position , the back stops can move within specified range
