High-Speed Capping Machine
BoxCN-Cap I series can complete the process of automatic bottle feeding, cap unscrambling, cap conveying, cap putting, cap pressing, cap screwing and bottle discharging.
It is designed in strict accordance with pharmaceutical GMP standard and technological requirements. The design and manufacturing principle of this machine is to provide the best, most accurate and most efficient cap screwing work at the highest efficiency. The main drive parts of the machine are placed in the electric cabinet, which helps avoid the pollution to materials due to wear of drive mechanism. The parts in contact with materials are polished with high precision. Besides, the machine is equipped with safety protection devices that can shut down the machine if no cap is detected, and that can start the machine as cap is detected.

STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE
Most of the parts of the machine are made of aluminum alloy, and the outer shell is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, so that the machine is light in weight and easy to move. Within the scope of application, the machine can be adjusted according to different height and sizes of the bottle body and bottle caps. In particular, the motor control system of bottle clamping, cap screwing and bottle-cap conveying is controlled by imported frequency converter.
Bottle conveying mechanism
It consists of the motor, driving chain wheel, driven chain wheel, chain plate, railing and other parts. When the motor is connected to power supply, the driving chain wheel drives the driven chain wheel to make the conveying chain plate work. By adjusting the railing up, down, forward or backward, you can have the machine meet the needs of bottles of different specifications within the range of the conveyor belt.
Bottle clamping mechanism
The motor and worm gear reducer drive the chain wheel through the tensioning device, so as to drive two groups of synchronous pulleys. When screwing the cap, the bottle body can pass smoothly through the two pairs of synchronous belts. The distance between the synchronous belts can be adjusted via the adjusting wheel according to the size of the bottle body, and the speed of the synchronous belt for bottle clamping can be steplessly changed by the imported frequency converter.
Cap screwing mechanism
The motor and worm gear reducer drive the pulley, and drive three pulleys through the tensioning device, so as to drive three groups of capping wheels. The distance and height between the three pairs of cap screwing wheels (six in total). The distance between these cap screwing wheels can be adjusted via the adjusting wheel according to the size of the bottle cap and the height of the bottle body, and the speed of cap screwing can be steplessly changed by the imported frequency converter.
Cap dropping mechanism
Adjust the adjusting screw rod W, lock nut A and lock nut B, and compression nut according to the height of the bottle cap. Besides, adjust the adjusting screw rod X and adjusting screw rod Y according to the diameter of the bottle cap. Due to different height of the bottle body, you can adjust the adjusting screw rod Z to ascend or descend this mechanism, so as to get the accurate height of cap screwing.
Cap feeding mechanism
Pour bottle caps into the hopper, and the conveyor belt will take them to the dropping cap holder where the reverse bottle caps fall back into the hopper and the right bottle caps move forward for the next process.
