Pulsation dampeners, also known as pulsation stabilizers, accumulators, arrestors, and surge suppressors, are used to control and minimize the pulsations that result from a pressurized system's pump stroking action. They increase system efficiency, performance, and pump life; decrease maintenance costs and downtime; and protect pipes, meters, valves, and instrumentation from pulsation, vibration, and hydraulic shock.
The replacement pulsation dampener rubber bladder is suitable for oil-based, water-based drilling fluids.
Pulsation dampener bladder assy.: Diaphragm (bladder), Stabilizer, plate, screw, lock washer.
HNBR rubber bladder is composed of a rubber pulsation bladder, rubber balance plate, and pressure plate bolt, it can reduce the drilling pump pressure fluctuations of instantaneous displacement change;
Make the pump pressure smoothly, and protect equipment from damage caused by severe vibration.
the product is also used as a stabilizer and vibration absorber for air pumps.
Filled with nitrogen in the air or inert gas, the absence of them, air can replace. But oxygen or combustible gas is forbidden.
