1. Teeth preparation: Brush your teeth to clean your mouth. Then dry your teeth with a paper towel.
2. Apply tooth whitening gel. Note: Avoid direct contact with gums when applying gel. Unscrew the cap off the tooth whitening gel. Rotate the bottom of the gel clockwise until the gel overflows into the brush head. The gel is then applied back and forth across the teeth. Apply more gel to unsightly teeth. Note: Avoid direct contact with gums when applying gel. Note: Do not discard the gel cover for future use. Tip: Perfect white gel is recommended within 3 months. Once opened, rinse and dry the bristles after each use. If skin or clothing comes into accidental contact with the gel, rinse with water.
3. Wear tooth whitening device: Open storage box to remove the device. Insert the mouthpiece into the mouthpiece, place it in your mouth and bite into it gently. Then gently move to find the best position. Note: The tray is detachable and rinsed: it can be rinsed under the tap and wiped off excess water before use. Note: To avoid scalding or damaging the device, do not rinse or soak the mouthpiece with boiling water.
4. To start the tooth whitening process: Press the power button to turn on the device. A blue LED on the tray lights up and beeps. The tooth whitening process begins. Note: To avoid eye irritation caused by sudden light, it is recommended to put the mouthpiece in the mouth before opening the device.
5. Enjoy the teeth whitening process: The teeth whitening process is set to 20 minutes each time. After working for 10 minutes, the device will stop for 0.5 seconds and automatically shut down (with a prompt tone) after working for 20 minutes. During the process, you can press the power button to turn off the device at any time. Note: It usually takes some time to get used to the equipment. For the first time, you can use the device for 5 to 10 minutes. After getting used to the device, it is recommended to use it for 20 minutes once a day for 7-10 consecutive days. Note: The saliva produced during whitening is safe to swallow. But if you salivate a lot during the whitening process, you can also spit out the tray, spit out the saliva and continue the whitening process. Note: Different people have different oral conditions. Discontinue use and consult your dentist if your gums or mouth experience irritation (such as redness, swelling, or soreness). Tip: It is recommended to lie on your side or lie down during the whitening process to prevent saliva overflow. It is also recommended to watch videos or TV shows to distract yourself for a more enjoyable tooth whitening experience
6. After teeth whitening, remove the tray from the mouth, brush teeth or gargle to clean teeth. Remove the mouthpiece, rinse and dry the mouthpiece under the tap, and return it to the storage box.
